Inserted .WMV file - Audio starts before video motion

Hi Judy!

You should be able to adjust the start of the audio in the timeline by clicking on it and dragging it to a point further down the timeline, if you'd just like it to start a little later. For example, if your video doesn't start for 5 seconds, you could drag the audio over to the 5 second mark on the timeline.

If you'd like, you're welcome to post your project's .story file here and I can try to explain how to do this with your project.

Hi Judy,

It may be due to the file size. First, just make sure you're attaching the .story file, not published content. If it is just the .story file, it's probably just the upload limit for the forums. You're welcome to send it to us in a support case, if you'd like. If you can, please share the case number with me so I can have access to the case and the file.

Thanks for your follow-up!  I just uploaded the zipped wave file.  FYI - this is a segment of a government-produced file.  It is the only version of the file I have or may be able to get access to.
