Doing my first video insert (SME-created video). Audio starts before motion so video looks like a badly-dubbed movie. Is there any way to delay the audio start? Movie runs fine as a stand alone file.
You should be able to adjust the start of the audio in the timeline by clicking on it and dragging it to a point further down the timeline, if you'd just like it to start a little later. For example, if your video doesn't start for 5 seconds, you could drag the audio over to the 5 second mark on the timeline.
If you'd like, you're welcome to post your project's .story file here and I can try to explain how to do this with your project.
It may be due to the file size. First, just make sure you're attaching the .story file, not published content. If it is just the .story file, it's probably just the upload limit for the forums. You're welcome to send it to us in a support case, if you'd like. If you can, please share the case number with me so I can have access to the case and the file.
I submitted a support case. Case number is # 00314401.
Thanks again for your willingness to help. I need to leave for a meeting in 14 minutes and won't be at my desk for the remainder of the day. I'll check for any replies first thing in the morning.
I was checking on the status of the case this morning and I see that Jayem was able to reproduce the issue. He sent a request for the original video file so he can continue some testing. I just wanted to take a minute to be sure you received the request.
Thanks for your follow-up! I just uploaded the zipped wave file. FYI - this is a segment of a government-produced file. It is the only version of the file I have or may be able to get access to.

Christine,
I'm trying to post my file, but the system does not seem to want to take it.
I'll keep trying.
Thanks for the offer of help!

It seems that when I try to post a file the system won't even let me send through a message.
