Inserting Bengali script in Storyline

Hello beautiful people :)
I'm creating an eLearning for learning Bangla but there is a huge problem: As soon as I want to add signs like ◌ঁ, or legatures Storyline crashes.
I was able to insert most of the script via copy & paste but even when I insert certain letters from the IPA-Alphabet, it simply crashes.

As a source I use https://www.unicode.org/charts/nameslist/n_0980.html  and https://ipa.typeit.org/full/ for example but I can't even use the Unicode codes.

Does any of you know, how I can add letters like this.

Hi E. Lindenkohl!

Sorry you're running into this! I'm happy to lend a hand.

I'd like to get a better idea of your workflow to see if there is another way we can do this!

First, are you copying the text from the website and pasting in Storyline 360? Or are you saving text somewhere and then importing it into Storyline?

I just tried to recreate this in Storyline 360 and luckily didn't have any issues. I copied text from a website and pasted it on a slide.

Hello Lauren Connelly,

thank you very much for your reply :)
that's odd because that's exactly what I did,
like I said, sometimes it works, other times (most of the time) it crashes
especially when using letters like:
 ী
◌ু
◌ূ
◌ৃ
◌ৄ

I'm copying it to a default textbox with Open Sans as default script.
I just gave it a try copying what I just wrote on a blank page in a new project and it crashed again.
