It was happening with any course. I would try to insert a photo or icon and it would freeze. I updated it, and was able to insert again. However, now, it's not showing on articulate review at all (it keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet-even though I can access other sites). It's strange that I'm having so many glitches as I rarely have issues.

Hi Elizabeth.  Thanks for letting us know you can insert again!  We had a hiccup with Review 360 earlier today, but we are back online now.  Let me know if you are still unable to access your content in Review 360!
