I just purchased Storyline and am trying to insert a rectangle. The problem is only the upper left quarter of the shape has color. I've tried evrything top color the entire shape. Any hints?

Hi Peter, nope working directly on my laptops hard drive, which has 32g of ram, 90g or free h/d space, no funny characters in file name nor spaces either so all variables look ok to me.
Hi Peter i've had 3 attempts at creating a case, but it 'bombed' each time when I tried to add the project file....... i.e. your system went straight to displaying me a prompt asking me what I wanted to do.. contact support or raise a case.... ! Not sure if any of my 3 attempts at raising a case actually succeeded or not but as I got no confirmaton or case no. I suspect not.
