Inserting Slides from Content Library

I'm trying to use slides from the content library and having some issues. With templates I haven't used previously when I try to insert a slide I first get  a pop up that says its Downloading the template with a progress bar labelled 'Syncing {templatename}'. Once that has completed I receive an error message that says the Download failed, suggesting I check my connection to Articulate 360. The two pop up are attached.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I might get passed this issue?

First, let's try a few quick tactics. If they don't help, you have access to priority guidance from our Support team here.

  • What Storyline 360 build are you using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline. We fixed an issue in build 3.33.20697.0, where Content Library 360 search results wouldn't always load for authors.
  • If the build number lines up, let's ensure that all Articulate domains and services are not getting blocked from your network. The article Wendy shared above lists all the endpoints.
