There is no "Background Music" option in Storyline, however, you may want to search on Google for "Articulate Storyline soundtrack" and there are some other threads discussing this, such as:
I hope that you will share that in the form of a feature request as Bruce suggested. There are threads where users seem to have accomplished this task though.

For now i need to the background music option in Storyline. Unfortunately it's not an option for Storyline. In my opinion it should be an option.
