Just wanted to check and see if anyone else experiences this issue. When I insert a MP4 in any project the save time is significant. The actual saving is momentary but it appears StoryLine is maybe rendering the video before saving (not publishing the project).
I don't know that I've seen reports of this or experienced the behavior - but you mentioned Storyline saves, but the rendering - where are you seeing this increase in time? You'll want to confirm you're working with local project files as described here.
How long/big is the MP4 that you're inserting? Do you see this with every insert?
