Install Incomplete Storyline 3

I already submit a case, but I was wondering if one of you already encountered that problem. I installed the trial version of Storyline 3 following the steps on the web site. The install said "Success".
I opened Storyline 3 and had a message error saying that my installation is incompleted. So I click on the link provided by that message error and it brings me to a 404 web page.
I uninstall and re-install it 3 times. I still have the issue. Any idea why it is not working? I put a screenshot of the error in attachment.

Hi Carole-Anne, Thanks for letting us know that you were working with support. I see that Vira has sent you a response (01059741) so just be sure to respond to how that works for you and let her know if you need further assistance.
So, finally,I found why. I realised that I had A LOT of Windows updates waiting. I did them and Storyline 3 is working now. :)

Do you know which update exactly? We are running into the exact problem at out office.

I had over 100 of updates, so I would not be able to identify which one(s), really sorry.

but it didn't fix the problem for me. I just ran the updates and it fixed my problems.
Also, make sure that your computer meet the requirements.

Thanks for popping in to share Carole-Anne - it would be hard to tell which update 'helped' when you had that many to get through.
Submitted a ticket. Unfortunately, this is our second time attempting to install Storyline 3 without success. We figured maybe waiting several months you guys may have fixed something along the way.

i have installed the stroyline 3, pop screen should appear but install now button not enable pls help me

When you installed Storyline 3, did you follow the steps listed here? Storyline must be installed with administrative privileges, so you may need to work with your IT department if you don't already have those privileges.
