I can only imagine the inconvenience. I want to help you out, to start with, I wanted to make sure that you are installing the application as an administrator. Please note that to fully install Storyline, you need to have a local admin rights on the laptop/desktop. If this is not the case, I would check if I have the following installed on the machine:

Please note that to fully install Storyline, you need to have a local admin rights on the laptop/desktop. If this is not the case, I would check if I have the following installed on the machine:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 or later
Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable
Adobe Flash Player 10.3 or later
You can locate the minimum system requirements here.
