Installation Issues

Hi,

We had recently purchased a license for Articulate Storyline.

Due to a project requirement, we had uninstalled the software from one system and then tried to install it in another system. However, we receive a message which states that the number of users for this particular serial key has exceeded the limit. Kindly advise on how to proceed.

Storyline deactivates and activateseach time you uninstall/install. You are only allowed two instances at any one time. If you have only two you need to contact customer services with your serial number to ask them to deactivate your installs. It may have been you did not have an internet connection when you uninstalled
