Right-click the installation file and select Run as administrator.
When the installer launches, select your preferred language in the upper right corner.
Review the end-user license agreement and mark the agreement box.
Click Install Now.
When the installation is complete, click Finish, then launch Storyline from the icon on your desktop.
If you're using the 30-day free trial, click Continue your free trial. If you've purchased a license, click Activate with your serial number and follow these steps to activate.
Ashley, I have the same issue. I also tried installing as administrator as you suggested - it just stalls. I already contacted your support team, but since its the holiday season for you guys I don't know if I'll get a response soon.

If you have not done so, please restart your machine. There are times that our computer is in a strange state if kept running for a long time. Restarting the computer may fix the issue.
Please confirm if Storyline 3 is not installed on your computer. Go to your control panel and programs and features and check the list if Storyline 3 is not listed. Please see the sample screenshot here:
If your computer meets the system requirements, please make sure that you're installing Storyline 3 with administrator privileges by following the steps in the article below:
