Installing articulate360 on the VDI

Good day Artuculators
I would like to know if anyone has the same issue as I do, I am using a macbook and now I have set up a Virtual Desktop on my macbook. I have installed the articulate suite but when i launch the programme i get the access issues (See the attached screenshot)
I have spoken to my IT department, i have spoken to the software vendors but no help, and i am sitting with this issue of three months, that means thats three months that i have paid for but not able to use the software

Are you using parallels or Fusion?
