Intake exam

Hello I want to make an intake exam in Articulate Story Line. Is there anybody who has experience with this?
What I want is to make an exam with for example 12 questions. Each set of 3 questions are related to a chapter in the e-learning. If a participant answers all 3 questions right. I don't want to force him to study the chapter so I want to make that specific chapter optional for him to study. If he doesn't answer all 3 questions right he may not skip this chapter.
Has some wan experience whit this?
