Interaction Data Not Available

All,

I used Storyline to create an e-Learning course.  Instead of having the traditional feedback box included with quizes, I used branching to create a feedback slide that was more aesthetically appealing. I loaded the course to our LMS (SumTotal's GeoMeastro) and created a report that would send the interaction data back to me (so I could understand which questions were missed, etc.).    The report did not show any results and the SumTotal group has not been able to explain why.   I've used Storyline successfully for other, less complex courses and gotten interaction data back. Not having the data limits my abilities significantly.  Does anyone have any insight?

Peter,

Thank you for responding.  I double checked and yes, I included a results slide.  This is my first time using Storyline and I want to make sure I answer your question completely.  The last slide of my course is the result slide, however, I did not use a result slide with every question in the course.   I have approximately 25 quiz interactions and if the learner gets the question right or wrong, I used branching slides to give them feedback.  When the course was published for the LMS, the LMS is to recognize the user as complete after they finish the 25th quiz question.    There are several non-interactive quiz questions following the 25th interactive questions and the result slides is the very last slide.  I hope that isn’t too confusing.  I can send you the course, if that helps.

Thanks for the additional info. 

Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. 

The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.

Peter,

My course ran fine in SCORM Cloud but I do not know where to look for the results of the interactions.  I am not able to do a print screen to show you what I see from SCORM, but it is telling me what I expected; that the course was complete.  I need to know how the last three questions of the course were answered by the learners.  Any thoughts?
