Interaction templates shipping with Storyline?

Hi all -

We are finally getting Storyline in-house after having tested it during the beta and I was looking at an old project that contained a number of interaction templates from the beta that aren't in my release version of the software.

There were about a dozen interaction templates if I remember correctly, including Folder Tabs, a Process Diagram, Inbox Drag and Drop, Sticky Notes, etc.

When i bring up the new slide dialog, the Templates tab just says Download free templates (see attached screenshot). Did the product ship without any pre-installed templates or did our install not work properly? I have searched my hard drive for .storytemplate files but did not find any.

Hi Marc.

Probably best to wait for Support to comment, but that does not look right to me.

Templates shipped with product.

Do you have anything in your Marc > Documents > My Articulate Projects > Storyline Templates?

Weirdly no, nothing at all in the Storyline Templates directory. I think our enterprise version might erroneously not have the templates included. Will chase this down with support. Thanks for the sanity check.

Not yet, I reinstalled using the trial version on the website and I the interactions re-appeared. I need to verify with some of the other Storyline authors here if they are seeing the templates or not before submitting a ticket. Could just be isolated to my install.
