It looks like you shared the published output - and we'd want to take a look at the original .story file to see how it's set up and then how it behaves when publishing it ourselves. In the meantime, you may also want to confirm you're using the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 10 and working on local project files. Next when you've published to test have you uploaded to the intended publish environment or are you testing locally? The latter is known to cause issues with how content is played.

You'll want to make sure to upload your published output to a web environment, such as tempshare, to properly test it, otherwise you'll likely encounter various features failing. Hope that helps! :)

I have published the file in the html environment. I looked at the file in the web environment and it does not work out.
