I've been working on a Storyline course that has an interactive decision tree as part of it (to help the user arrive at a specified outcome). For the tree, I used the template that was provided on here a few weeks ago as a free download. I've been able to modify all the elements to work for our course but I'm finding that when I preview the slide, the 'try again' button doesn't work. At the moment it's listed as a button with a trigger of 'restart course' when the user clicks it. However when I try to click it, nothing happens. This may be something really obvious that I need to change but I would be really grateful for any help with this.

Make sure you preview the entire project, not just one slide or one scene.
