Interactive forms - present back info to learner
Nov 18, 2019
Hi team,
I'm fairly new to articulate, and I'm currently building out my companies first L&D initiative in Storyline 360.
At the moment I'm working on coaching methodologies, and a couple of the things I want people who use the tool to do is..
1. Rank themselves between 1-7 on 7 different items, where 1 is what they agree they do and 7 is where they disagree what they do. This is done 3 times over and then I need the next page to present what the theme of the answers are (see attached image where a person would get majority a's, b's or likewise).. How can I do this?
2. Secondly I need people tick what 5 things (out of 15) is most important to them.
3. Answer open questions such as "what's your biggest leadership challenge right now"?
I then want all of the above to feed into a new page that they can print or download at the end of the course to make sure they understand where they are currently at.. is this possible?

It's definitely possible, just save their answers into variables. Once they get to the last page, you can display all the variables with answers. To allow them to download their answers in PDF, use the PDF Maker: https://cluelabs.com/pdf-maker-elearning-widget.html
Thank you so much, will check it out!
