Interactive graphic and text entry

HI! I want to build a open ended short answer (non-graded) activity with the four open ended questions on one page. However . . . 

The goal is to have a  picture of a tree. The first question entry box is by the roots  of the graphic (no other text entry box is showing). The user fills in the box to answer the question. then once that answer is entered, the next text entry box appears above the first text entry box (and next to the trunk of the tree), showing the initial response and the graphic.

and so on for four short answer questions. 

Once the user has filled out all four text entry boxes, they would be able to print all their  answers as shown on screen next to the tree..

 I have done similar things in Adobe Captivate, but not in Storyline - any advice would be greatly appreciated.
