Interactive Marker Tutorial

Hi you guys,
So, I'm playing around in the demo portion of the practice files for this tutorial:
https://community.articulate.com/articles/adding-an-interactive-marker-to-an-image
I'm wondering why--even while previewing the demo portion of the file--that my Washington Monument marker has a lot of "padding" around the actual text. (See attached screenshot.) This is not how it appears when Mike Taylor is clicking on the same marker in his demo. It looks sleeker and a bit cleaner.
Any ideas? Thanks,
Colin

Hi Colin!
The marker in your screenshot actually looks the same as the Washington Monument marker shown in the video here:
The marker caption is very wide to make room for the video that's embedded in the caption. I hope that helps clear things up!
Hmmmm, my marker looks as if there is a carriage return in there (but in fact there isn't one.)
I know, I'm being nitpicky but I'm just trying to figure out if it's something on my end that I'm missing.
Ah, thanks for clarifying that! Now I see the difference.
So when you option the marker caption in Edit Mode, you don't see a return there?
I do not see a return there. Just that phantom "padding" for some reason.
Hmm, really strange! Mind if I take a closer look at that slide? You can attach it here in a new thread comment. Thanks!
Here is the slide:
Thanks, Colin! You're right--you don't have a return under the title. It simply looks that way in Edit mode because of the height of the caption.
In Preview mode, you don't see the extra space below the title when you hover on the marker.
I hope that helps!
In Preview mode, I *still* see the extra space below the title when I hover over the marker. Again, sorry to be nitpicky, but I want to know if it's my machine or if it's Storyline if that makes sense.
No worries, Colin! I'm a details person myself, so I totally get it. I thought the best way to show you what I'm seeing on my end is to record a Peek screen recording. Have a look here, and let me know if that helps to clear things up!
Hey Alyssa, I've made my own Peek screen recording here.
Apologies for the end there. The Peek menu had hidden itself somewhere. (Not sure why that happened. Is there a keyboard shortcut to stop recording?)
This is really strange, indeed! I did notice you have a thin border around the player in Preview mode, which I don't have.
Let's try repairing Storyline 360 to see if that fixes the problem. Follow these steps, and let me know if you see a difference!
One more thing, Colin! You can find the keyboard shortcuts for Pause Recording and End Recording in the Peek Preferences window. Simply click the wheel icon to open this window, and then you can customize the keyboard shortcuts to be whatever you like!
I repaired Storyline and I'm still seeing the "fat" marker caption. :(
Another reason why I think it's on my end of things is because a lot of my interaction with Storyline is just a bit "off." Like the trigger menu is too big for my monitor so sometimes I have to to type a letter to get the trigger movement at the very tip top of the menu shown in this image.
But yeah, even when I add completely new markers that have nothing to do with the tutorial, they all have that invisible space in them. So frustrating.
Hmm, this could be a display issue. Let's check a few details:
I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise.
And here is my Display:
It's the 150% display size - scale that back to 100% which is the Articulate recommendation and see how it looks.
Yep, when I change the display size it fixes the space in the marker.
The trade off is that I need a magnifying glass to read anything on my computer at 100%.
