We don't have plans to export Storyline courses as interactive PDFs at the moment.
Storyline has an option to publish for Word, in which the Word document can then be converted into a PDF. This format is great when you need a printable version of a course or to share content with a reviewer.
Can you shed more light on your needs for having this feature? I'm happy to share your thoughts with the right team!
LMS courses are great for lots of things, but sometimes a brief PDF summary is really useful as well. My use case would be software product documentation. Using markers to reveal text about product features in a screenshot, etc. This would dramatically shorten the length of training documents and make nice takeaways for training sessions.

None of the 360 products will output an interactive PDF.
