I am facing an issue while running HTML5 story file on chrome. The interactivity tabs are not working chrome browser and IE, however these tabs works when I preview them in storyline.
What environment are you publishing for and where are you uploading the published output to test it? If you're viewing an Articulate Storyline course on your local hard drive, you may encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published.
For instance, if you published for web then you'll want to make sure to upload the published output to a web environment, such as tempshare, to properly test it.
If you're still seeing this happen when uploading the published output to it's intended environment and it isn't an imported Engage interaction, would you mind sharing your .story project file here so I can take a closer look? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread. Thanks!

Kindly update your browser, if already update then clear your browser chache. If possible, check your published version on Firefox.

Also just to keep in mind, HTML5 output is supported in Google Chrome but is not supported in Internet Explorer. If this is an imported Engage interaction you're referring to, then it is also not supported in HTML5.
