I published a my *.story file with the default options for LMS. Our LMS supports SCORM 1.2. The file previews fine in Storyline and I can hear the audio clearly as with the Web options. However, after I upload the zippped package to the LMS then play I hear audio only on some of the pages.
There is some information here regarding how to troubleshoot common LMS issues, and I'd also suggest testing the course out by uploading to SCORM cloud to see if the audio behavior continues there as well. If the audio plays successfully there you'll want to connect with your LMS team, but if the behavior continues in SCORM Cloud please let us know.
Thank you for the reply, Ashley. A solution or "workaround" that seems to have solved the problem is changing the revisit setting on the slide properties to "Reset to initial state". I found that on some slides that wouldn't play audio, if I hit the previous button the audio would start up. That gave me the idea to try this setting.
