Intermittent audio problems

One of my clients has complained that one of my articulate 360 courses does not have audio when she plays it in firefox.  She can hear it in Chrome.  

She has listened to similar courses created by us in Firefox with no problems and I have just used firefox and had no problem with audio.

I am not that familiar with Firefox.  Can anyone suggest settings she can check which would be intermittently causing her a problem, please?

Hi Bob,

As long as it's the latest version, she should be able to hear everything correctly. Have her check to see if she's up to date. 

You mention she's been able to review some courses just fine, but this one file is creating the problem? If you'd like for our support engineers to take a look, feel free to open a case and share your file so that we can do some testing. As always, we'll delete the files after we're done.
