I have a course that has videos embedded throughout, usually 1-2 minutes long. Some of people reviewing the course have issues where the video plays out of sync with the audio (audio is within the video) or the video just plays incorrectly. I can't replicate this issue on my computer. Some people have this problem and some people don't see it at all.
So glad you reached out! I know it can be frustrating with other users report a problem you can't recreate in your own testing. Let's see how I can help!
First, what version of Storyline did you use to create this content?
Also, is the published output hosted on a LMS or a web server?
Finally, have you seen any trends in the web browsers other folks are using?
Thanks for the extra detail, Jay. We'll help you get through this oddity!
Did the syncing issue happen on a particular browser or multiple ones? Additionally, mind sharing your .story file and the URL of where your project is hosted? I'd like to see how it behaves on Tempshare, so we can compare both versions.

Thanks, Alyssa. I'm using Storyline 360. I'm seeing the issues on a web server. And I have not been able to find any other trends about this.
