We will be upgrading to Internet Explorer 10 in early 2014. I have begun testing the 15 online courses that we have created in Storyline and Presenter and found the fonts in these courses are distorted with rough edges and fading. It's as though the letters were typed with a weak ribbon. This occurs with various types of fonts such as Articulate and Arial, Century Gothic.. Is anyone else experiencing this font clarity issue? and is there a solution.
I user IE10 and haven't noticed any difficulty with those fonts within Storyline. Are you able to share one of your .story files here so that we can test it? If you'd prefer not to post it within the forums, please feel free to send it to our Support team here.
I'm not sure if this is related, but we had a problem with the quiz questions in SL looking jumbled. The text was either showing up overlapped or not showing up at all. We are using Internet Explorer 11 and the solution was to add the LMS site to the compatibility view settings (located under Tools in IE).
Thanks for sharing that here! I don't know if Jane is still subscribed to this thread, but it does look like she connected with our support team and we were able to determine it was specific to her Citrix environment.
