Internet Explorer 11 cannot play video built in storyline 360 Mar 09, 2020 By Keng Hwee Wee We are not able to play video of a Storyline 360 file published in LMS using Internet Explorer 11. Is there anyway to solve this issue?

You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline. How is the video inserted on the slide (Web Object, Video from File)? What version of Windows are you running?
