I created a software simulation with storyline 360 and it freezes or will not play in IE11. It sometimes has problems in Firefox as well. Is this because of the size of the course? The quality of the course (resolution)? Users haven't had a problem in chrome that I am aware of.
I experience the exact same issue in Storyline 360.
I am not able to view my exported scorm 1.2 version in IE11. Export size is 34 MB. My project contains a number of mp4 videos. Other browsers work fine, but my client works with IE11 and no flash...
If I delete half of the videos, the module runs fine.
So a solution would interest me a lot! The only other thing I can think of is remaking the course in Adobe Captivate, but that would take a lot of time and it does not offer the same user experience.
Su, sounds like video thingy for you. What dimensions are the videos? Someone one the internet said "I found out that IE11 can not play html5 videos with heights greater than 1088 pixels." (maybe fake new). Are they MP4 ? Just chiming in, Good luck !
Looks like Darrin filed another thread here as well.
