Good afternoon, on my first slide I have a character with audio, but I only wantthe character and audio to appear once, do you know how I can achieve that. Currently when a user finishes a slide and goes back to the intro slide, it plays the same audio and character.
Have you looked at the slide's revisiting properties? You'll want it to be set to "resume saved state" so that way the user picks up where they left off. If you want the character to disappear completely, what about setting a trigger to change it's state to hidden when the timeline ends of the slide - or when the media (audio) completes?
