I can't find where I can edit the invalid answer pop-up (You Must Complete the question before submitting) I have checked the Feedback Master area! and the Text Labels in the Player window. I want to change the size and type of the font but can only change the wording.
Currently, it's not possible to modify the font size or style for the "Invalid Answer" prompt. You can change the wording, as you've already seen, but not the style.
Having said that, though, there may still be an option for you:
Hi Leslie - thanks for the suggestion, but if I am happy with my player colour scheme, and just want to edit the individual components - I can't do this right?
I did look but not closely enough, my fault sorry! You re right, it seems I can change some of the settings there to achieve what I am looking for - thanks Leslie - have a great weekend!
I've searched all of the forums and I'm seeing how to edit the text itself, but when using translated player text labels, part of the characters are getting cut off in the Invalid Answer window - any way to fix/address this?
Ana PM, try changing the player text font. We also copy/pasted the text from the player text label tables into notepad and re-copy/pasted it back into the table to eliminate any possible formatting.
Hi Ana! Looks like Tiffany has popped in to assist you here and to elaborate on her share above, looks like changing Arial to Arial Unicode worked well for her. Here is a tutorial if you need further assistance.

Hi guys - has this been fixed yet, or is it still not possible to edit this?
Hi Ant!
This thread is a bit dated. Are you utilizing Storyline 1?
If you want to change just the text on the pop-up, check out the tutorial on customizing the text labels and customize items 16, 17, and 18.
Ok thanks - but is it possible to change the colours and fonts? (Storyline 2)
Hi Ant! This is all based on the player, which you can read about customizing here (including font).
You can check out the job aid to assist with colors here.

Hi Ant! I'm thinking the colors for the pop-up are separate from the rest of the player. Did you take a look at the job aid I shared above?

No worries Ant :) You as well.

Hi Tiffany!
I'm not familiar with an issue that would cause this. Would you be able to share your .story file here for us to take a look?
I would need to have an NDA signed... can we do that?
Yes, just submit your question and request for NDA and then you can submit your file :)
Hi,
I'm having the exact same issue in my course with the Invalid Answer Text in japanese. Was this solved?
Thanks!
