Invalid Answer Response Box - Need to fix formatting

I have quiz questions throughout a module.  When I moved through a question without answering it, I got a feedback box that said Invalid Response (see attachment.) The formatting of the box is strange - right justified with the period before the last word. This is not a special feedback layer that I've set up.

I checked the Player formatting for Text Labels, and the info looks right. 

How do I fix this?
