Invalid Answer- You must complete the question before submitting

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to create a drag and drop question, however, I keep getting the error "Invalid Answer- You must complete the question before submitting" I've read other threads on this subject but I haven't had results with any of the advice given.

I just have 1 trigger, " Submit interaction Drag and Drop 1-"drag and drop" when the user clicks the submit button". I have no grouped items.

I would greatly appreciate any help getting this resolved, and any advice to avoid the issue in the future!
