Invalid Security Certificate

I keep getting this message when I put a Storyline link in an "F1" frame, which is a custom frame similar to a light box. I've linked plenty of videos from my company's Articulate account, so I'm not sure why this is happening with this extra bit of code. Can Storyline provide a new certificate?
