Inverted quiz

I want to create a 'quiz' where it starts with eg 43 points. All answers are possible. There is no correct or incorrect, just a total score out of 43 points. The question asks what are the symptoms; 16 possibilities totalling 43. The 'result' is the total of the symptoms selected.   I want to weight the answers, some 1 point, others 3ponts, rest 5 points. I would like the advice or feedback to be in a range eg If the total is less than 10;  11-25; 26 - 30 and so on..  Is all this possible and how do I achieve it? Susanvan
