iOS 10 Update causing issues with playback?

I just did a quick test - created a project with start and end slides and a video animation embedded in between.  Published and uploaded to my webserver then ran the html5 on my ipad (IOS10) - no issues.

I may look at re publishing the package and see if that helps.

Hi Adam,

Can you also make sure you're on  the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 10? If so and you're still running into issue I'll want to get you working with a Support Engineer right away so that we can test all the iOS differences. 

Just to update you the subject

I have been in contact with our LMS provider Kineo (using totara 2.7) and they have now come back to me to advise that HTML5 video and audio will not launch correctly with IOS10 and they are currently working with Apple for a patch / fix

Seems to be a wider issue that a simple bug.

Thanks Adam for that update from your LMS provider - do you have a link to the issue they're discussing with Apple or more information on the bug? Was it something your LMS is saying is specific to their set up within Apple or iOS as a whole?

Sorry I don't have a link as this was the response from Kineo to a ticket we raised regarding issue. From their response it seems to be a issue with HTML5 and ioS10 not localised to our specific set up
