I'm curious if you are able to replicate this behavior in another LMS, such as SCORM Cloud, or if this issue is limited to your LMS.

If you are able to replicate or need help testing, then with your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.

I do not know how to publish as Scorm Cloud. I only have these options I attached you. I'm a little bit lost, sorry.

I tried clicking on 'articulate mobile player' with no results. I can listen the first slide, not the rest. But if I return back on the slides then I can hear it. Very strange...

I clicked to send you the SCORM privately but the system is returning me to the main page of support.
