ios / iPhone Error

We have several courses we are hosting as SCORM files.  They files work fine and respond as expected on all devices EXCEPT iphones.  They work correctly in ipads and Macbooks.

 

The error we are getting is "An Error has occurred:  Error- unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded.  Please contact technical support... etc."

Has anyone else experienced this issue.  Our client is going to launch this week and at this point it is delayed until the issue is resolved.
