What version of the mobile player are you viewing the course in? We're currently on version 2.23 and you can download the most recent version here.  Also, have you tried viewing it outside of your LMS - in a web server (a few free options in this article) or within SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content?

The version is 2.23. Yes I tried to view it on desktop and it is showing correctly.

Can you share a copy of the .story file and some images of how it's displaying for you? I'd like to take a look and see if I can recreate the behavior in my iPad and the mobile player.

Thanks for sharing that file. I took a look at it - and while the story size is fairly large for ipad display (as it makes everything look a bit smaller) it all displays as expected when I posted the file to SCORM Cloud. Attached is a screen shot image I took of how it appears on my iPad mini running iOS7 when viewed in Mobile Safari:  I also loaded it up here to test it in the mobile player and here is an image of that display:

 Could you share a few images of how it's displaying for you that is causing problems?

Thanks for the image. So does it display incorrectly in the mobile player as well? Or are you using both? 

I suspect from this image, that your LMS is placing the content within an iFrame, and its a known issue right now that our team is looking into. As they look into potential fixes, it's also worth checking with your LMS team if there is a way to force it out of the iFrame. 

If you're having issues in the mobile player as well, can you share an image of that?
