I've read instrucions about how to use an app and it's said that as soon as one open the content in browser the content will then oppen in app. Does it even work if the content is in LMS. I can watch my courses (via LMS) on Ipad but they don't open in app.

These courses would need to be published to the Web as shown in this tutorial.
Or does your LMS support publishing for Tin Can?
