I need help. I have published a module that has a video in the beginning with audio. I can get the audio to work fine on a PC but when I try to play it on the iPad, the audio doesn't work. Who can help me? I need this for a huge presentation next week and the audio has to work!
Oh, looks like we were responding at the same time. Thanks for the update Nathan! Is it your iOS version? I'm curious in case we see other users with the same issue.
2 issues. The ipad air thought there was a speaker plugged into the dock/headphones jack. Compressed air cleaned out both of those which was issue 1. The 2nd issue (ipad air doesn't have a side switch) was to pull up the menu on the bottom of the screen and "unmute" the ipad. Sad... but true. :)

Hi Nathan! Would you be able to share your .story file for us to take a look?
Sure! Thanks, Leslie!
Thanks Nathan. Downloading now to take a look.
Hi Nathan!
I have no issue with the audio on iPad. Do you experience the same issue with my file?

Please note - I only kept the first two video slides for testing purposes in this example.
I still don't have audio. Is there a setting I'm missing in Articulate player I might be missing?
Is your side switch turned off on your iPad perhaps?
Leslie,
The audio works when I plug in the headphones. When I try to listen through the ipad speakers, it doesn't work.
one more thing- my client is experiencing the same issue.
found the issue! ipad forums identified an Apple issue for me. Thanks for looking into this!!!
What iOS are you utilizing? I'll try to get some additional testing done if available.
You checked the side switch, correct?
