ipad help needed

I'm using storyline 2 latest update. My ipad 2 is also up to date.
And my story published today with html5 is missing answer choices.
Any help much appreciated.

On articulate.com I found: You may find that shuffled answer choices in a Multiple Response question are missing or misplaced in Articulate Storyline's HTML5 output. This issue was fixed in Update 4 for Storyline.

Unfortunately that's not the case for my story.
