We have some courses what were having the Safari sound issue so we updated them to try to resolve that issue. We the newest version of Storyline 360. We have published the courses to be hosted and they play on all devices and browsers without issue except the ipad. Any idea what changed, how to resolve? We just get the constant 3 dots... loading, loading-- but it never loads.

I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue with the iPad! Have you tried using a different browser to see if it's browser-related?
Are you comfortable with sharing your .story file for testing? You can share it publicly here, or privately with our support engineers. We'll delete it when we nail down what's going on!
