This problem happen only when I publish in Tin Can format.
When I start the course or restart it with the "Prompt to resume" screen, I have the "Play" icon that appears, but the audio start before I click on it. So then I'm lock with a black screen and still with the "Play" icon on it, but with no way to get out of this. The only way to avoid this is to click very quickly on the "Play" before the audio start.
When I publish in web format, I don't have this problem. It's the first time I publish in Tin Can. Anyone have a idea about the way to solve this.
I'm so sorry for the issues you're running into - it sounds like an odd, annoying one! Can you share a bit more info with me:
What version of Storyline are you using?
What publish options did you include (HTML5, AMP, etc.)?
Where are you hosting/testing the course?
What iPad versions and iOS are you seeing this on?
I'd also like to take a look at your .story file. You can share that by clicking here and inserting them into a new discussion comment. Look for the Add Attachment button. Thanks!
