We use Learnshare for our LMS, but we are having trouble viewing courses through it on iPads. We've published the courses to be HTML capable and we can pull them up. However, they run very slowly and the course is full of bugs and is altogether unpractical.
Any suggestions on how to play a Storyline created course through Learnshare on an iPad? Or any other way to run the course and still collect data on the users?
As a first troubleshooting step, I would do a quick test and upload the course to SCORM Cloud. This would eliminate (or confirm) that your LMS or the Storyline tutorial itself causes the useability problems. From there, you can investigate further.

Hi Mallory - we haven't had any problems with LearnShare specifically (our LMS also) and iPad, but the best results are with the Articulate Mobile Player. If we play in Safari/Chrome we get some inconsistent results. If that's an option for your users, I'd recommend it. Things tend to run a lot smoother.
Another thing is that the mobile player only supports Tin Can tracking, but LearnShare fortunately now supports that. We haven't tested extensively, but LearnShare may be able to help set things up if you have trouble.
