iPad SCORM 1.2 Publishing Error
Nov 29, 2015
Hi there,
I have been using Articulate Storyline 2 to publish content to an LMS suite. These are published through an LMS which supports SCORM and HTML5 playback.
I have 2 concerns; the first is that I'm unable to track the scores on an iPad even though I have published it correctly for mobile devices. The second is it now asks to download the Articulate app from the app store the play the module. This is not what I want to happen as I won't be able to report on the results!! I have never had issues running the module before on my iOS device (through the Safari browser) until now.
This is really important as these are regulatory requirement modules that need to be tracked with a score of 100% which I am unable to do.
Any assistance will help.

Thanks Matt. Will it tracks the results? I need to be able to track a score of 100% pass mark.
Thanks Matt.
It's still redirecting me to a splash page with a launch button and a "Download on the App Store" button. I don't want this to happen.
I'll try clearing it again and keep you posted.
I'm running the most recent version update (from last week?) and have "Checked for New Updates" in Storyline2 and it assures me that it is the newest.
Hi Daniel,
Did you publish the content with that latest update? If not, you can use the updater here to ensure they're using the latest version that fixed that issue and as Matthew mentioned clearing your cache is also a good idea.
Yes it did!
Apologies I forgot to respond. Thank you both for all your help.

No worries Daniel - and just an FYI that responding via email includes your signature here. In this case it looks to be just an email disclaimer, but wanted to let you know that you're welcome to edit it if you'd like. No worries on our part though :-)
