Hi, Melissa -- Thanks again for your patience while I performed some testing of your module, and I appreciate the update. Actually, I was just about to mention that I was able to progress through your course until I was taken back to the 'Personal Safety Management Home' page after the conclusion of the Commitment section, and that unfortunately, on both my iPad and my desktop (Chrome browser), I was unable to advance any farther.

I will go ahead and publish the most recent .story file shared, and I will run some testing on my iPad momentarily to let you know what I experience. I'll be in touch as soon as I can!

Hi, Melissa -- Would you possibly be able to share with me a new link to your SCORM Cloud output? I seem to be experiencing some issues uploading your content, but I would be happy to test a new link on my iPad if you could send it along. Or, in the interest of getting you sorted out soon as possible, you would also have to option to work directly with our Support Engineers, as well. All you would need to do is use this form to submit a case and you will be hearing back from someone as soon as possible. :)

Hi, Melissa -- Ok, so with the links you have provided, I was able to experience the same behavior you described where the states are not changing/audio is not playing on slide 2.3 on iPad. I checked in our support ticketing system and I see that you recently had a case open with one of our engineers (00642222) who stated after the conclusion of his testing:

"Melissa, The HTML5 and Flash versions are different and the latter is not recommended for mobile devices such as an iPad.

At the time being we do not have an update from our QA Team and we can just wait for their update for the issue. Unfortunately I am not able to provide a time frame for the update. I hope you can bear with us."

Unfortunately, I do not have any additional workarounds or updates to offer from our QA team at this time, but I will certainly share any and all updates I receive here in the thread (and our Engineer would also be reaching out to you via email, as well. Your continued patience is appreciated.

My apologies for the confusion, Melissa, and thanks for the clarification! As I had mentioned, I did see the same behavior you described. Unfortunately, I was not able to determine the root of the issue, so I will go ahead and create a new support ticket and submit it with our engineers for further investigation. You will be reached via email after a member of that team has reviewed your case. :)
