iPad test issue

I'm having an issue when completing a Storyline 2 test on an iPad. When I select the answer and click submit, there is a long wait before it jumps on to the next screen. This has caused us quite a big issue when piloting the course as people have been assuming that they haven't clicked the button hard enough and click it again. This then presents the screen with the pop-up box attached. If you click the ok on the pop-up, the other screen appears and there is then no way out of the test.
Do any of you have any solutions or suggestions to a help fix or clarify the situation for users?

Hello Howie - I assume there is no question feedback if the user is unaware of submission. Do you have a .story file (even a small sample) so that we could take a look and better understand your set-up?

Are you utilizing the Articulate Mobile Player? When publishing a course that will be viewed on an iPad, you'll want to mark the box to Use Articulate Mobile Player for iOS or Android for the best viewing experience.
Hi Leslie. I took the feedback off as what was happening was when they clicked the continue button on the feedback layer, the feedback box was just disappearing and the same question just remained on screen before eventually moving on to the next one.
The quiz is a fairly straight forward question bank. It has 31 questions in it, all either multiple choice or multiple answer and it draws 20 questions from the bank. I can share it with you but i can't do it on the forum.
Also, it works absolutely fine on a desktop.
