I have a course with 1 mp4 video and two screen recordings from articulate. They work fine on the PC and when viewed on the SCORM cloud it plays the video on the iPad. As soon as I load the story into our LMS the video does not work when trying to view with the IPad . I have the latest update 3. And set the videos to start by user just wondering what else to try. Thanks!
Hi Chad! If your course works well in SCORM Cloud on the iPad but not on the iPad through your LMS, then you probably need to check with your LMS administrator to see what is going on. Others in the community may have some lessons learned to share though.
