iPhone iOS7 Demo and Storyline Files

Jun 20, 2013

Hi all...

I made a little something for you to play with. I got the inspiration for it from playing around with an Apple phone OS. I'm using this technique for some product demos right now, but it illustrates that you're not limited to only create learning in an 800X600 space.

I threw this together in about an hour yesterday and it consists of 2 slides and a few layers and triggers...

I've included the Storyline file as well so you can reverse engineer your own Android, Blackberry or whatever...

Enjoy...

Please can someone explain the purpose of Rob's design. It's an iphone interface but  I can't actually install it as an app or effectively use it on an i-phone?

Not sure of the purpose of this post. Rob created a homage to iOS7 before it was even released and provided the files. Not sure it had a purpose apart from showing how interface and design can be different in storyline, I for one appreciate the work that has Gone into this and unless I am mistaken no storyline output can be installed as an app.

absolutely I can share the intended purpose. One of the biggest challenges in the training world is the training environment. If you're a designer/trainer, then you know that a proper training environment for learning is often an after thought . Being able to create great looking, realistic and engaging simulation is a must. My example (in its finished state) was used for product training. This gives the support rep for that phone the ability to see what the customer sees... so in essence, it would be considered a support tool. Wait until you see my Wii U emulator...
