I've been publishing my courses using the html5 after the updates that was suppose to help with viewing course on the iphone. But I'm still having the issue of it crashing on both Iphone 4s and Iphone 5 as well as not being able to see the full screen of the course. Has anyone had issues view their content on Iphones after the update?
I did test it out on a samsung note 2 and was able to view it on full screen but only one directions and its super small. Is this the case for viewing on the Iphone or is there a way to turn the phone and view it in a larger format and be able to scroll?
I haven't heard anything about it crashing the iPhone, what iOS are you using?
In regards to the sizing, you may want to look at how you've set up your player/browser settings and the overall story size. You'll see some discussion about iPad Story size linked in this article, and the general recommendation is to keep a 4:3 aspect ratio.
In regards to the iPhone, were you viewing it in portrait or landscape mode? Also, for scrolling you'll want to use the two finger scrolling method and the scroll bars will not appear in mobile Safari until you start scrolling.
